Mike & Bethany were married at Pines Black in Davenport, ND this past Saturday! This was my first time shooting at Pines Black and my final wedding of the season. It was also an incredibly stunning day with lots of details and personal touches, so buckle up and get a cup of coffee because we have a post FULL of photos today! First off, morning moments in the bridal suite…
Bethany’s first look with her dad. As a wedding gift, she gave him a custom tie with a photo of when she was a little girl.
He suggested perhaps she could do a wedding day pigtail hairstyle for old time’s sake.
Mike & Bethany read personal letters to each other moments before their first look.
And when Mike turned to see his bride, the ground fell out from under his feet.
We created many portraits in this ceremony space, personalized with a wooden platform, cross and luscious floral designs.
The moment the doors opened and Bethany walked up the aisle.

And now for the first dance of Mr. & Mrs. Rausch…
While the bridal party kicked off the dancing…
Bethany slipped into a second dress and surprised Mike on the dance floor.
I think he loved it…
It started snowing softly during the dance and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity of a magical photo to end the night.
