Brandon & April
Brandon & April are a calm, laid back couple who love to spend time outdoors together. They’ve been together over ten years and have made so many memories traveling, hunting, fishing and exploring nature. This past weekend, Brandon & April were married at Holiday Inn in Fargo. They have big families and it was nice to have a venue where everyone could come for the weekend, relax and enjoy re-connecting. I’m not sure I’ve ever photographed such a peaceful, easy going wedding day! Here are some of the highlights.
April had a piece of fabric from her Grandpa’s tie sewn into her wedding dress. ♥
April’s dad restored this orange pickup and it was Brandon & April’s ride for the day! Her brother was their chauffer.
Mikah, the ring bearer, has quite the personality and he let it SHINE! He stepped in front of the group for this portrait, and I can’t get over his sister Taryn’s face in the background.
I make a point of photographing parents at weddings. Of course I tease them a little and make them do a few smooches… it always brings out their true personalities and I seeing this captured in a photo!
Brandon loves wearing his sunglasses and I had to remind him several times to take them off for wedding portraits. Haha! When his parents stepped in for a photo, I saw that his love for shades must be genetic. 🙂

April is a lucky girl – her sister is Erica from Creamy Creations! Everything looked SCRUMPTIOUS. This dessert table was enjoyed by the guests even before dinner arrived!
