Fargo ND Backyard Wedding Photos – Gary & DeeAnn

Fargo ND Backyard Wedding Photos
Gary & DeeAnn

Time separated them for many years, but eventually they found their way back to each other. Gary & DeeAnn were married last Sunday in an intimate backyard wedding. Though they live in Seattle, they rented a large home located on our historic 8th St. that allowed their families to come together for a weekend of celebration. They kept things simple and sentimental, relaxed and purposeful. Family decorated the backyard with wooden tables, vintage wooden chairs, hanging lights and candles wrapped in infinity signs. (Gary’s favorite — notice his tattoo ring.) These two would say they have “always been” and always will be. A wave of rain passed through in the morning leaving dewy, warm air behind.

DeeAnn’s special Uncle Ken walked her up the aisle.

Gary put the ring on DeeAnn’s finger. His ring, however, was already firmly in place. Notice the infinity sign on his ring finger!

After the vows, Gary & DeeAnn’s six children joined around the couple to pray prayers of blessing on their marriage and the joining of their families.

After all these years, they are finally married!

I love this hug between DeeAnn and her daughter after the ceremony. “Family is everything to us,” DeeAnn told me during all of our pre-wedding meetings and planning time.

DeeAnn smashed the cake in Gary’s face! He was such a good sport and had us all laughing!

A sparkler run for the newlyweds.

Congratulations, Gary & DeeAnn!
