People often ask me, “Do you do portraits?” For many years I had to say no because I had babies and was growing my wedding photography business. However, now that my girls have grown into big school kids (three cheers!) I’m able to say YES more often! I’ve added a Maternity + Lifestyle Newborn bundle session to my list of packages. It is a thrill to document the continuing chapters of my beautiful clients! Three years ago I photographed Mike & Jodee’s wedding ceremony and reception and now created some maternity and in-home newborn images for them.

For their maternity session, we wanted to do a mix of studio images that were both light and airy + dark and dramatic.

We also wanted to bring the outdoors into this session.

Oh, the colors in that sky! So pretty!

Before we knew it, Eleonor had arrived! She was 6 pounds of pure sweetness.

Remember those white frames? Above Eleanor’s crib hangs this lovely collection of images. I LOVE that the maternity and newborn images mixed together.
