Zach & Ellen got married! They tied the knot at Gathered Oaks in Alexandria, MN with tacos on the menu and the groomsmen’s socks! (#winning) I had a blast with these two during their engagement session and was reminded during this wedding day HOW MUCH FUN it is to take photos of this couple. Zach is a steady stream of joviality and Ellen loves every bit of it. From the joy and humor they express you would never know the mountains these two have climbed. They’ve been through so much together, exemplifying the strength that comes from struggle. Many years ago I got to photograph Ellen’s brother’s wedding so it was a treat to catch up with this family and see all the new little kiddos! Here’s a peek at this Rustic Glam day!

We moved the ceremony indoors to the warmth of the barn, where Ellen’s brother’s walked her up the aisle.
As Zach & Ellen celebrated their union, they honored the memory of their departed parents.
