Good morning, everyone! I’m excited to share this post with you today!
Paul and Kristen were married on Friday at The Vintage Garden in Barnesville, MN!
This sweet and well executed venue was the perfect choice for this couple.
Friends and family felt right at home as they gathered to celebrate this special wedding day.
Kristen’s lace gown set a romantic tone,
and her crocheted pink slippers were a delightful complement and super different wedding shoe selection
Finishing touches before beginning the day’s events…
Kristen chose to do a first look with her dad, and it was so precious.
Around the corner, just a bit further….waited the Groom!
Sweet moments!
And now, my favorite time of the day…
portraits!
Absolutely LOVED these bright floral designs.
The Vintage Garden has an abundance of photo locations.
I could have kept going for hours…
One of my top favorite photos from the day:
I love bridesmaids who are up for anything.
And in this case….they were “up”, alright….
they climbed a log!
So cute.
Gents,
Ladies…
Good looking, all of them!
No offense to the wedding party, but these ring bearers and flower girls kinda stole the show.
I love these wedding party portraits in front of the barn!
The ushers? Well, they had MOVES.
Family Photos!
Three generation of wedding rings. LOVE this image.
Moving into the ceremony!
Smiles all around as the bride walked to meet her groom.
As the words from Phil Whickam’s song “You’re Beautiful” played,
Paul and Kristen’s hearts were filled with joy.
“When we arrive at eternity’s shore
Where death is just a memory and tears are no more
We’ll enter in as the wedding bells ring
Your bride will come together
And we’ll sing You’re beautiful”
As the message began, the clouds rolled off and the sun shone brightly.
As all the adults were busy listening to the wedding message,
all these guys could see was the perfect climbing tree.
RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM.
Not to mention, they were wearing brand new clothes
and everyone knows new clothes beg to get messy!
Vows, rings and prayers….
…and married!!
Beautiful, well executed details at every turn!
Such an adorable guest book cart.
The watermelon punch….AMAZING.
All the handcrafted touches added to a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Inside the tent, more prettiness awaited!
The bride and groom made their way into the reception tent amid cheers from the crowd!
A delicious dinner was served buffet style in the barn.
After dinner, we managed to sneak out for a few minutes of portraits at sunset.
The evening continued with speeches and toasts!
And then the crowd gathered in the upper level of the barn to take in the slideshow.
Look at this sea of faces! I can imagine this will be a fun photo memory for Paul and Kristen.
The crowd cleared the dance floor and the first dances begun.
And sweet they were.
The DJ got the music going, and the floor filled with guests eager to dance the night away.
As I left the site, the sunlight was fading on a perfect day.
Congratulations, Paul & Kristen!!
It was such a privilege to witness this moment in your lives,
and such a treat to photograph a day so full of life and color.
Much appreciation!
