Larry & Angie were married last Thursday at The Opal Event Center in Grand Forks, ND! This elegant wedding day was cozy, family focused and full of joy. I drove North from Fargo to document this day and arrived just before Larry saw his bride for the first time. His face was worth the entire trip! {The Opal Venue Wedding Photos}
The snow started falling as we ventured outside for a few photos.
This covered porch at the Grand Forks Historical Society provided a wonderful location for these portraits.
Angie’s bouquet included wheat from Larry’s farm fields.
You can see the fun and friendship these two have.
The snow started really coming down! I love the texture it creates in the sky.
And then the street lamps came on and I went to photography heaven. 🙂
Family is an incredible thing. ♥
Time to get married!
Larry sang a song to Angie during their vows.
I love this photo of Angie’s dad watching from the front row.
They invited Angie’s son, Zach, up to the front.
He announced, “You may kiss the bride!”

The Opal looked amazing for this wedding reception. I love this unique take on a guest book that was stationed near the entrance.
On the dessert table they had a print of Angie’s mom’s favorite Bible verse, and Larry’s dad’s favorite hymn.

These two pretty cousins in pink were having a moment with this ball. The eye roll!
So many cute kids at this reception!
Larry & Angie watched a slideshow with their guests.
For a brief moment, Angie rested her head on Larry’s shoulder. Ahhh my heart.
You better believe I wasn’t leaving the wedding without getting a few sparkly snow pictures!
