Ryan and Rachel | Fargo Engagement Photos

Good afternoon and Happy Thursday!
Since my December was a little busier than expected, I had a few shoots that got scheduled into January.
Ryan and Rachel’s engagement session landed a couple weeks ago during a warm weekend.
These two are getting married in September but wanted snowy, winter engagement photos….so it was perfect!

I love how this red pops out against the winter blues and browns.

Ryan and Rachel are both Norwegian and were excited to have the Stave Church in their photos!

At the studio, we had a little fun.

Outside the sun was dropping and the lights were coming out.
One of my favorite times to shoot downtown!

I’m kind of famous for saying “One more shot and then we’ll be done!”
only to have another idea pop up on our way to the car.
Here’s the last photo of their session. It was an after thought and turned out to be one of my favorites!
(Look at the way Rachel’s toe is 1/4″ from touching the ground. Details, details!)
