Justin and Greta | Detroit Lakes Wedding Photographer

Justin and Greta tied the knot last Saturday in Detroit Lakes, surrounded by an incredible circle of family and friends.
Their day started at The Lodge on Lake Detroit and the color popping tones of yellow and blue made this summer day look even better!

GRETA, you look amazing!

We did a first look out on the dock area behind the Lodge. It was so cute!

In the middle of portraits, Justin’s groomsmen busted out onto the balcony to serenade the couple…

And now back to portraits. 😉

Hands down the most hilarious group of guys I’ve worked with yet this summer.

The Lodge provided beautiful backdrops for pre-wedding photos. I love this one of Justin and Greta:

The wedding party enjoyed using the Jaycee’s trolley to transport them to the City Park for the ceremony!
The trolley needed some more gas, so we took advantage of the moment to grab a few fun portraits.

You’ll notice the groomsmen in the front got a little bit of a quad workout during the previous set of images.
A little stretching was required to recover for the strain. 😉

I believe my exchange with this groomsmen went something like,
Me: “Hey, at least you don’t have to make a trip to the gym today!”
Groomsmen: “You don’t get a body like this by going to the gym.”

What a fun wedding party. 🙂

Before the ceremony, we made a little time for some portraits on the beach. I loved photographing this couple!

I think this little girl thought Greta’s dress was rather strange swimming attire. 😉

The bandshell never looked better than when surrounded by this happy crowd.

After much pushing, pulling, tugging and hefting, Justin’s finger was ring’d! Way to go, Greta!

We ended the day with a few snaps with this fun sign.
