James and Tina were married this past Saturday in New York Mills, MN!
A morning of rain lifted for a few hours mid-afternoon, making way for outdoor portraits.
The day started at Paul Miller Park in Perham, MN where we photographed among falling leaves, split rail fences and warm light!
First looks are always so sweet. 🙂
Baby Harley loves her daddy!
Mom’s flowers were pretty fun, too!
James is a police officer in New York Mills, so he brought a squad car for a few photos!
One of my favorites:
Tina’s son, Logan, had the fantastic idea to wear a top hat and use a cane for the day.
Pretty fab.
Tina made this awesome “thank-you” to use in a photo!
So cute! Love their expressions in this next one:
GORGEOUS! As soon as I saw this shady, wooded area, I knew I must make this portrait:
And then we headed back to the church in New York Mills for a few formal photos before the ceremony!
Logan walking grandma up the aisle… LOVE it!
Here comes the bride!
Happy tears…
Married!!!
Their reception was held at The Cactus in Perham, MN.
Playing off of the police officer “theme”, James and Tina hung a Mug Shot background for their guests to use as a photobooth.
This was WAY fun!
First dance as husband and wife!
This little sweetie was tearing up the dance floor all by herself…
Before I left for the evening, we ventured out into the pouring rain for a few sparkler shots.
The rain  soaked my lighter after only two photos, but considering all the factors…..I loved how this one turned out! 🙂
Congratulations, James and Tina!
You two are so sweet together.
Thank you for having me along for your wedding day.
Best wishes as you begin married life!! ♥
