I photograph people because life is beautiful and every person has a story worth telling.

Growing up in a family of six kids gave me a love for people, laughter and noisy chaos.

I met my husband on one of my first photo shoots (it’s true!) and together we have journeyed through his illness with chronic Lyme disease for more than a decade. It has only strengthened my belief that hope comes from knowing an unchanging God, and that the most radiant beauty comes out of life’s darkest moments.

We live in Moorhead, MN with our daughters, Anika and Eden. We love walking our four year old Australian Shepherd around the neighborhood and working on improvements for our little house.
